1.Mud Casting Zirconia Hollow Bricks Products

❉The high-purity zirconia hollow spheres and high-purity calcium hydroxide are used as raw materials, the mixture is finely ground by ZrO2:CaO=95:5, then pressed into blocks, which are kept at 1250 ℃ for 4 hours for stabilization treatment. After the smashing of the stabilized material, 15% of the monoclinic zirconia hollow spherical bricks were added and finely ground to a particle size of less than 3 μm. For example, if the abrasive is finely ground in the iron ball mill, it is also subjected to pickling and iron removal, the metal iron content is less than 0.01%.
 
❉The zirconia hollow ball brick mud density is required to be 1.9 to 2.1 g/cm3, the pH value is 1.7 to 1.9. Casting with gypsum mold, the mold is placed at a rate of 15%, and the operation method is the same as that of alumina slurry.
