Dense Zircon Brick Manufacturing Process
 
Zircon refractory bricks are made of zircon as a main raw material, and an appropriate amount of a sintering additive is added.
 
1. The zircon raw material itself has no plasticity and decomposes at a high temperature,dense zircon brick is necessary to adopt a process measure suitable for the bonding agent, the particle size ratio and the firing condition in the production. Zircon refractory bricks should be used as raw materials for brick making. The mass fraction of Zro2 should be above 65%. Zircon Brick Effect of the Amount of Fire Clay Added on the Firing Temperature
