1. Silicon Brick for Glass Kiln
 
Silica brick has the advantages of low cost, high chemical purity, high load softening point, no pollution to glass and better resistance to a small amount of R2O gas phase and acid gas corrosion. It is widely covered in glass kilns and hanging walls. For large glass kilns and oxy-oxygen glass kilns, high purity, top and front walls are required. The use environment of the glass kiln requires the control of the non-SiO2 content in the silica brick, and the silica brick is mainly composed of cristobalite. 2.Silica Brick for Coke Oven
 
Silica brick is the main material of coke oven masonry. It is mainly used to build the combustion chamber, carbonization chamber, chute, regenerator wall and furnace roof of coke oven, accounting for 60~70% of the total amount of refractory bricks used in coke oven.
 
The silicon refractory bricks used in coke ovens have scale quartz as the main crystal phase. 3. Silicon Brick for Hot Blast Stove
 
Fire Silicon bricks are widely used in large blast furnace hot blast stoves. The high temperature area of the hot blast stove includes the vault and the upper part of the lattice brick, mainly the fuel combustion space and the surrounding area. The temperature in this area is always stable in the high temperature section, and the fluctuation is small.
 
The silicon brick used in the high temperature part of the blast furnace hot blast furnace mainly uses scale quartz as the main crystal phase, which has the following characteristics: ① Under the condition of long-term high temperature and load, the volume is stable, the high-temperature creep rate is low, and one or even two blast furnaces can be used continuously Furnace campaign; ② Good thermal shock resistance above 600℃, adapt to the variability of hot air furnace temperature, so that bricks and masonry remain intact; ③ Chemical resistance is better than clay bricks and general high alumina bricks, gas, smoke and dust The erosion of silicon bricks by alkaline substances is limited to the formation of a glass phase on the surface, and no flaking occurs; ④The thermal conductivity is greater than that of clay bricks and high aluminum bricks, which is conducive to storing and releasing heat in a shorter time.
