Due to the wide variety of hazardous waste, the complex composition, and the serious regional differentiation, more and more waste incineration rotary kilns are used for incineration. However, the lining of this type of rotary kiln is used in different situations, and there is no uniform material that meets the use of this type of kiln.
The situation is different in current use. There are chromium corundum refractory bricks, mullite refractory bricks, chromium corundum castables, and corundum wear-resistant castables. Some of the cylinders are lined with refractory bricks, and some are lined with castables.
However, in the process of use, whether it is better to use chrome corundum bricks or to use chrome corundum castables is better, none of which focuses on the use of verification. The reason is that hazardous waste is highly corrosive, and each kiln lining has a situation, and it has to be adjusted according to the kiln lining.
There are special requirements for refractory materials such as preheater, calciner, rear kiln mouth, kiln head cover, second combustion chamber, and flue and chimney.
The preheater and calciner mostly use secondary high-alumina bricks. The effect of these two parts is basically the same as that of high-aluminum castables. Therefore, there is nothing to say about using refractory bricks or using castables. .
At present, there are many manufacturers who use them, and they also refer to the conditions of existing manufacturers. Some are looking for design institutes, and some manufacturers are hard-wearing. Basically, they use chromium corundum bricks and chromium corundum castables because of the quality of chromium corundum. There is no doubt that the material is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
However,
corundum bricks and corundum castables are also used, and mullite castables are also used. Compared with the use of chromium refractory bricks and chromium castables, the effect is obvious.
