First Grade High Alumina Brick Introduction
The first grade high alumina refractory brick refers to an alumina silicate refractory material having an alumina content of not less than 75%. It is formed by bauxite or other raw refractory materials with higher alumina content. High thermal stability, high refractoriness above 1770℃, good slag resistance, high grade refractory material, long term use in high temperature environment of 1300-1400 degrees
High Alumina Brick Refractoriness Effect
High alumina brick refractoriness is a technical index, the tested refractory product is made into a truncated triangular cone according to a certain method. The test cone is heated at a certain heating rate, the liquid phase begins to appear at a certain temperature. The temperature continues to increase, the liquid phase gradually increases, the viscosity decreases, and the test cone gradually softens and bends under the action of gravity, when it bends to the apex and bottom. The temperature of contact is the refractoriness of the sample. The degree of refractoriness is mainly to evaluate the purity of raw refractory materials and the degree of refractory.
High Alumina Brick Product Category
High alumina refractory bricks are often distinguished according to their aluminum oxide (Al2O3) content. There are four grades 55-60% (third grade), 65-70% (secondary grade), and 75% (level one),80% (special level). The high alumina refractory product is a neutral refractory material, which is made by bauxite or other refractory materials with high alumina content. Refractory high alumina brick has high thermal stability, fire resistance temperature is 1700, and the maximum service temperature is 1300-1400 degrees.
High Alumina Brick Applications
High alumina refractory brick is suitable in blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, electric furnace tops, steel drums, cement kiln, glass kiln and kiln for chemical industry. The use of high alumina refractory bricks increases operating temperatures and extends life. Therefore, high alumina refractory bricks have been widely used in various thermal equipment.
