 Refractory Clay Bricks

Refractory clay bricks are alumina silicate refractory bricks with an Al2O3 mass fraction of 30% to 48%. It is made of clay clinker as aggregate and refractory clay as binder, and is fired at 1250~1350℃ after molding. It is an acidic refractory material. The load softening temperature is much lower than the refractoriness, which is a major disadvantage compared to silica bricks. It has good thermal shock stability and increases with the increase of clinker and its coarse particles. Heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, cupolas and drying furnaces, etc., are the most widely used refractory materials.

High Alumina Bricks

High alumina bricks are aluminum silicate refractory bricks with an Al2O3 mass fraction greater than 48%. It is made of high alumina bauxite or sillimanite and is sintered at a temperature of 1500 ~ 1600 °C.Brick refractoriness and load softening temperature are higher than refractory clay bricks. It is a kind of acidic refractory material with good slag resistance. However, its thermal shock stability is low. Resistance furnace and electric arc furnace cover, hot blast stove, blast furnace, etc.

Corundum brick

Corundum brick is a high grade refractory material with Al2O3 mass fraction greater than 90%. It is made of industrial alumina as the main raw refractory material. According to different manufacturing methods, it can be divided into corundum brick and recrystallized corundum brick with high refractoriness and load softening temperature, good thermal shock stability, resistance to acid slag and alkaline slag. Strong erosion ability. High hardness and good wear resistance. However, if the firing temperature is low, there will be a large reburning shrinkage resistance furnace, molybdenum wire furnace, gasifier, etc.

Silica Brick

Silica brick is a siliceous refractory brick containing SiO2 with a mass fraction of not less than 93%. It is made of silica as raw material, adding mineralizer and binder, sintered at 1400 ~ l430 °C to achieve high load softening temperature, close to its refractoriness, which is its greatest advantage. Silica brick is a typical acid refractory material, which has poor stability at high temperature and residual expansion during heating. Acid arc furnace and continuous furnace top, coke oven, glass furnace, etc.

Magnesia Chrome Brick

Magnesia chrome brick is a refractory brick composed of MgO mass fraction (40%-60%), Cr203 mass fraction (20%-8%) as the main component, and periclase and spinel as main minerals. The main raw refractory materials for the manufacture of magnesia chrome bricks are sintered magnesia and chromite. The high refractoriness, high temperature structural strength and thermal shock stability are good. It has a fixed volume at high temperatures. It is an alkaline refractory material, has strong corrosion resistance to alkaline slag, and has certain adaptability to acid slag. Cement kiln, electric arc furnace, etc.
