The binder has a gas hard or thermosetting inorganic binder and a thermosetting organic binder. Admixtures include plasticizers, preservatives, and anti shrinkage agents.
Micro expansion wear resistant refractory plastics have good plasticity at normal temperature, micro expansion at high temperature, high strength after high temperature, good sealing performance, a gas hard refractory material with convenient construction.
Micro expansion refractory plastic has good high temperature properties, such as refractoriness, thermal shock stability, and good use at high, medium and low temperatures, and the refractory material will be used at temperatures above 1200℃. It exhibits expansion properties and can be restored to a normal state after cooling,micro expansion refractory plastic is in the form of a mud paste, which is convenient for construction but not easy to store.
