Asphalt Smoke Combustion Technology
Pitch smoke contains a variety of complex components, but its basic components are all hydrocarbons. The combustion of pitch smoke is the reaction of hydrocarbons and oxygen. The products after the reaction are carbon dioxide and water.
The test proves that when the temperature exceeds 790℃, the burning time is> 0.5s, and under the condition of sufficient oxygen, the burning degree of pitch smoke can reach 90%. When the temperature is higher than 900℃, the pitch smoke can be completely burned.
The Kanon asphalt smoke combustion technology adopts a special burner patented structure design, is equipped with a dedicated air inlet for the asphalt smoke, and is designed with a special structure of the drying cylinder combustion zone to achieve complete combustion of the asphalt smoke.
Integral drying drum technology
The integrated drying cylinder technology is a treatment technology for the source of the asphalt smoke, which realizes the drying and heating of the recycled material through the heat conduction between the high-temperature new aggregate and the recycled material. In the heating process, the recycled material does not undergo high-temperature baking by the flame in the combustion zone, and the amount of asphalt smoke is small. The asphalt smoke is collected by the gathering hood and then contacted with the flame at low speed to achieve full combustion of the asphalt smoke. The integrated drying technology has all the functions of the traditional dual-drum thermal regeneration equipment, and basically realizes no asphalt smoke generation. 4 Clean pulverized coal combustion technology
