In the process of using non stick aluminum castables, pay attention to the following four key points: mixing, pouring, curing, and barbecue. Any of these problems will result in a decline in product performance or failure to use.
Mixing of non stick alumina
1. Equipment and tools: forced mixers, buckets, vibrators, tools, trolleys, etc.
2, construction water consumption: non-contamination pouring material should be controlled at 6.5-8% water, need to use pure tap water.
3. If the temperature of the construction site is lower than 10 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to use warming and warming measures before construction. Otherwise, it will cause difficulty in construction or performance degradation of the non-stick aluminum castable, so it is not easy to construct.
4. Mixing: first pour the bulk material and the small bag in the bag into the blender. According to the prescribed water addition amount, accurately weigh the water required for each mixing, pour into the dry material that has been mixed, stir well, time is not It is less than 1-3 minutes to give it suitable fluidity.
5. Precautions: The tools used in the construction process, such as buckets, mixers, and iron shovel, must be cleaned in advance, and no dirt, debris, or Portland cement is allowed. The construction water must be pure tap water. The amount of mixing should not be too large. It should be determined according to the type of mixer. The water consumption should be too careful during the construction process.
Second, non stick alumina castables
1. The working surface of the castable must be clean (no salt marks, no cement marks) to dry. Repairs must be removed from the original residue.
2, pouring time: the newly mixed castable should be poured quickly, usually completed within 20 minutes.
3. Pouring: Pour the mixed castable into the working surface and vibrate in time with a vibrating rod (60 vibrating rod).
4. Note: The fluidity has been lost during the pouring process, that is, the condensed castable can not be mixed with water. The castables should be kept in a natural surface. It is not advisable to use a tool to smear, or to smear the surface with fine powder. After the completion of the construction, that is, within 24 hours of the construction, especially before the castable is hardened, it is strictly prohibited to knock or vibrate, otherwise cracks may occur or even be completely destroyed.
Third, conservation
After the castable is hardened, the surface of the construction body should be covered with a polyethylene plastic film immediately, and a wet straw bag is placed on the surface to prevent evaporation of water and promote the activation of the cement. It is strictly forbidden to knock and vibrate after hardening. Generally, it can be demoulded in one day according to the hardening condition. After the mold release, the curing is continued. After three days, the plastic film and the grass bag are peeled off, and the hardened body is naturally dried in the air for three to five days to be grilled.
Fourth, baking
Baking is the last key step in the use of castables. Since refractory castable is relatively dense, it is absolutely forbidden to heat up too quickly during baking. Otherwise, the casting material may be cracked or cause a cracking accident, which may affect the use of the refractory castable.
