Zhengzhou Rongsheng Refractory Company produces high alumina bricks, high alumina poly light bricks and clay lightweight insulation bricks for the Claus furnace.
For the Claus Furnace use refractory material ,Rongsheng refractory senior engineer gave two designs:
The first design scheme: clay lightweight brick and high alumina poly light brick for insulation layer, high alumina refractory brick with 75% alumina content for working layer.
The second design scheme: the alumina silicate product (ceramic fiber product) and the lightweight thermal insulation refractory castable for the insulation layer,the refractory castable with the 75% alumina content of the working layer.
The overall performance of refractory castables is higher than that of refractory bricks. Refractory castables can be used for refractory bricks of high temperature furnaces.
